4、emhasnotbeensetupdistemperedasyet.TherefmhistyofstateownedenterpriseinChinaisthehistyofthe“innerblocs”controllingtheproductiondevelopmentofproblems.Therefmofeconomicsystemwhichisbasedonthemanagementinnovationofthestateow
5、nedenterprisemainlyadaptsthewayof“releasingautonomyyieldingprofit“.Fromenterprisefundprofitretaintaxpaidbystateenterprisesinlieuofturninginprofitscontractsystemtherealizationofenterprises“14items“righttotheestablishmento
