6、aw, comparative law, law research methods, for example, briefly introduced the general public welfare system and the principles of trust and public trust in our country to carry out the necess

7、ity and feasibility. Through the analysis, it is found that, in recent years, there are many drawbacks in modes of operation of the Foundation and its theoretical basis. However, Public trust

9、 the successful experience of western countries, there are many of the gaps and deficiencies in our recently country’s Charitable Trust and the status of public trust in the operation of chari

10、table relief. It is focused on analysis of issues, such as the internal supervision of the public trust, regulatory agencies of the public trust etc. Finally, the author raised a number of p
