4、sultsofpreexperimentTheoptimalprobationarycombinationwasdetemtinedthroughthefourfactorsq=levelorthogonaltestsanddecisiveorthogonaltestwithmice.Finallytheoptimalcombinationandthemostappropriateratioweredeterminedthroughan

5、aestheticefectstestindogsandsecuritycoeficienttestswithmice.ThisoptimalcombbiationwastemporarilynamedQMBcombination.Acutetoxicitytestswerecarriedoutbysequentialmethod.TheresultsshowedthatED5oLD5ooftheQMBcombination(small

6、whitemicei.p.)were13.15mgkg，67.676mgkgbodyweightandAlwere5.146respectively.TheresultsindicatethattheAlisfarmorehigherthanusualdemand(3).ThereforeQMBcombinationhasabroadsafetyrangeofanesthesia.Adoseof0.15mlA.20mlkgbodywei

7、ghtofQMBcombinationwasadministeredintramuscularlyintoclinicallyhealthyminitypedogs.TheefectsofQMBcombinationonrespiratorycirculatorycardiacandencephalicfunctionswereinvestigatedsimultaneouslyundergoingoperationexperiment

8、sandmonitoredwithanoninvasivewaybymultifunctionalphysiologicgrapherSJ42Datexrespiratorymonitorandcirculatorymonitor.TheresultsshowedthatQMBcombinationproducedbalancedefectsinsedativeanalgesicmusclerelaxingandhadaslightin

9、fluenceonthephysiologicalindexesofthedogs.Bloodoxygensaturationwasmaintainedabove90%whichindicatesbloodoxygenisplentyduringthesurgicalanaestheticperiod.Thesecomprehensiveefectsaresatisfyingforthedemandsofordinarymediuman
