9、elopment process from the creation, depending on other means to constantly formed, and a product of social and cultural integration and business practice.This paper first discusses the background and significance of this

10、 study,then the status of research on corporate culture theory expounded, and then further elaborated structure of corporate culture, features and influencing factors. By analyzing the process of the formation, developme

11、nt and current situation of Huawei's corporate culture and through a lot of analysis and confrontation, this paper analyzes the cultural characteristics of each stage, summarizes the experience of its corporate cultu

12、re construction and analyzes the reasons for its formation, and then describes the advantages and disadvantages of Huawei's corporate culture at the present stage. Finally, based on this, integration management to op
